Detailed Job Description

  •  Candidate with experience of Contact Center and IVR system .
  •  Hands-on experience using Cyara tool
  •  Knowledge of Call flows using VISIO .
  •  Experience working with Agile methodology.
  •  Experience in all testing life Cycle.
  •  Review the Visio document and update the changes.
  •  Review the Call flow Visio and report any mismatch with Prod and Prime version’s
